B&B La Casuccia Di Assisi

The location was great, the place was clean, and we could park on the street nearby and easily use public transport to Assisi, Perugia, or Spello. Unfortunately, the bathroom, though clean and fully equipped, was quite small, so the shower and fixtures were cramped; anyone who needs more space in the bathroom should keep that in mind.

Everything from the first contact to the accommodation itself, the hygiene, and the complete setup was perfect. Nothing was off-putting.

Breakfast at the bar was good, but it was very hot and it would have been great to have air conditioning.

“Originelles gemütliches Wohnen in Assisi/S Maria Angeli - gute, ruhige Ausgangslage”

The décor is so lovingly done and fits Umbria; everything useful is thought out, like an espresso pot, espresso powder, tea, two fans, power strips, indoor and outdoor chairs… it’s easy to reach the station and many restaurants/bars are nearby. The personal and reliable contact with Francesca means no more formal self‑check‑in.

“Soggiorno alia Casuccia”

Great location. The studio is very cute, but in July the temperatures are high. There was no air conditioning, only a fan that wasn’t enough to cool, so the window had to stay open.
