I was a bit disappointed with my stay at this hotel, mainly due to some basic issues that shouldn't be happening. The breakfast spread was limited, and to make matters worse, the buffet wasn't even available on the day I was there. On the other hand, the staff did provide some essentials like toiletries, drinking water, and tea facilities, but it was clear they were only set up for one person, which was a bit odd.

The hotel's service left a lot to be desired, with a staff member insisting on an advance payment that was way higher than the room tariff. I was expecting a smooth checkout process, but when it came time to return the excess charge, I was told they didn't have the funds available. To make matters worse, I'm still waiting for them to transfer the excess amount back into my bank account.
