The kitchen was good, but the distance between the hotel and the conference venue was a problem, there was no on‑site staff, all communication happened via WhatsApp, and the room wasn’t cleaned daily.

The location was quite convenient for all the services.

They were flexible with check‑in and the price was good, and the bedroom was nice, but there was no cleaning during my stay, I never saw any staff, and the neighborhood was noisy until after midnight.

The location near public transport and the old town is great, but the constant sewer smells were annoying.

The room layout is excellent, and when I complained about the third bedroom listed online, Syria promptly assigned it; the bathroom linens were complete. However, the apartment lacks kitchen utensils—no spoons, glasses, mugs, or cooking items—and the hair dryer doesn’t work.
