The staff were very kind and always available, and I thank everyone for their service. Unfortunately, as often happens, someone with long hands stole some of our jewels from the room, and despite all the cameras, no one could tell us or do anything about it.

The staff, Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Waheed, were very cooperative; the location is excellent with a nice view of the Grand Museum and pyramids. The pool was small.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, and the staff are very friendly; everything was good, breakfast and everything else earned a 10/10.
