The location is calm and safe, but the room was completely different from the description; there was no double bed as advertised, and after confirming the 12:30 checkout with two staff, they were already at the door at 11:30 asking if we’d extend our stay.

The location was excellent, but some items were missing from the room; I just had to ask the staff to bring them.
