“Great location, very clean, comfortable room and genuinely exceptional staff.”
The single factor that stood out for me is the warmth, friendliness and helpfulness of every member of staff at this hotel. In particular, Marta and Sara who both went beyond what I expected by giving me enormous help with car parking during my stay. My room, and the hotel common spaces, were contemporary in design, very comfortable and immaculately clean. I was made to feel welcome and well-looked after here. The roof top terrace, where breakfast is served, has brilliant views and a comfortable vibe. My breakfast was very good and the staff again were friendly and attentive. I very much enjoyed my short stay here and would have no hesitation to return in future. Not much, if anything could've been better. I'd have to be pretty fussy to find fault here
