The Mountain Grand Lodge Two Bedroom Plus Kid's Bunk Suite offers a two‑bedroom layout with an additional bunk area for children. It sleeps up to ten guests across its seven beds and provides two private bathrooms equipped with showers, toilets, towels and hairdryers. Climate control includes air conditioning and heating, while a coffee machine, refrigerator, stove, oven, sofa, sofa bed, dining area, fireplace and wireless internet complete the in‑room amenities.

The Mountain Grand Lodge One Bedroom Two Queen Suite accommodates up to six guests with two queen beds and an additional bed. It includes two private bathrooms. Air conditioning, heating and a coffee machine are provided. A television is available for media.
The food options were limited and expensive. The restaurants listed on the website were supposedly open, but they weren't.
“We will never use Booking .com again.”
I chose rooms in the main Lodge and found out that Booking .com has fine print that says , they can give you any room they want. I also reserved rooms with 2 queen beds in each and they gave us rooms with 1 bed so we had to have them bring blow up mattresses that leaked. The facility they put us in was on 3rd floor with no elevators and we had babies with strollers so that was a major pain!! This is why we chose and paid for the main lodge as we knew the facility. We did not get what we paid for , very deceptive !!
“We had a great time and look forward to going back”
The place was spotless and the staff were super friendly. I appreciated having a microwave in my room. Taking the golf cart tour or the chair lift up both show you the beauty of the grounds! Everything shuts down early, and the breakfast buffet at the main hotel restaurant wasn’t very good.

It seemed like people kept trying to enter our room randomly; if we hadn't had both locks, they could have gotten in.
We ran into a few dining hiccups. On the first night we tried to eat outside of the pizzeria but the server was swamped, so we ended up at the bar; it still took 10‑15 minutes for anyone to take our drink order even though we were the only ones there. The next evening we wanted to dine at the Beachhouse because the resort promised live music, yet we were turned away for lack of availability even though the restaurant, inside and out, was empty.
