I love the company bed and the friendly staff. The shower head is just awful. The bar menu needs a lot of work. The flatbread is terrible

“Very good first impressions, nice lobby and very nice rooms.”

Very clean, nice spacious modern room. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Ran out of some breakfast items and did not replenish them even with an hour remaining. They should have planned to do that especially with such high number of bookings. They also ran out of extra pillows and we had a room reserved for 4 and there was only 1 extra pillow besides what was on the bed so thankfully our kids had pillows in the car

Check‑in was scheduled for 3 pm, but we were told the room wasn’t ready. We waited until almost 5 pm with no one coming to inform us that it was ready. After returning to the desk and asking, it was finally prepared for check‑in. Throughout, we saw several cleaning staff simply standing behind the desk.

“There was no offer of any partial reimbursement or comp drinks/meals. Just sorry”

The staff were friendly. Check‑in was supposed to start at 3 pm, but we were told the rooms weren’t ready and we didn’t know when they would be. We waited in the lobby for over 2 hours, using the lobby bathroom to get ready for dinner and events. We were told we’d get a call when ready, but we didn’t. After dinner, we returned to the property and were able to access our room after 6 pm.
