The booking process was smooth, but things took a turn when I arrived and the owner started yelling at me like I was begging for a handout. He even sent me to get my grandparents checked out by a doctor, which was really frustrating. It's a shame, because the booking itself was fine.

This place was a total disaster from start to finish. The staff were completely unhelpful and the whole experience was just a nightmare. I'm not even sure where to start with the complaints.

Unfortunately, the hotel's pictures don't match the reality, which was a bit of a letdown. The room was small and not as clean as I would have liked, but the staff were friendly and tried their best.

The hotel's cleanliness was a major plus, and the spacious bathroom with a great view was a real bonus. However, the elevator situation was pretty ridiculous - it got stuck and left guests to figure out how to get out on their own.
