The cleaning was very good, the place is excellently located and the staff were friendly; they let you leave your luggage on the day of departure. The room and bathroom are just the right size, the furniture is old but works.

The cleaning lady came around 15/16:00 when you were still resting, asking if she could tidy the room. Everything feels very old and nothing is comfortable.

The hotel is close to Sol Square and Prado. The bathroom is cramped, the shower curtain is filthy and smells awful, making showering difficult; even though the location is nice, the room feels too small, noisy, and the Wi‑Fi was fine on the first day but dropped every 10 minutes on the second, with a poor connection – not recommended.
