I found the place incredibly quiet and the views were amazing, but the swimming pool was unusable and my kids were very disappointed.

“Even when i enter the villa suite, there is towel hanging on sofa, another towel on the back of sofa too. With dust arku”

Check‑in was supposed to start at 3 pm, yet my room wasn’t ready until almost 4 pm and no drinks or anything were offered; I brought my mum and a 1‑year‑old niece who was crying, so I won’t come back. I only stayed once, so I wouldn’t recommend it again.

“not worth a single penny”

Nothing to say. Everything is not worth a 4‑star rating; the hotel’s rating should be re‑evaluated. Breakfast is too basic, the gym feels like a storage room, parking has no lift, and the room amenities are too simple.

“Ok still waiting for my refund I have all the proofs but still waiting for refund”

Nothing special. It’s nothing like the pictures show; the rooms are all smelly and the bed sheets aren’t washed properly.
