The Single Room with Bathroom contains one bed and can accommodate an extra bed, sleeping one guest as standard. The private bathroom includes a shower, toilet, towels, free toiletries and cleaning products. Sound‑proof walls, tile/marble flooring, a wardrobe or closet, a clothes rack, a dining table and a wake‑up service with alarm clock provide comfort and convenience. A flat‑screen TV with cable channels is available for entertainment.

“I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The room was completely different from what was shown in the pict”
The room was not clean; the bed sheets were dirty and smelled bad.
We had a disastrous night at this hotel with our family. The room was a mess, and the service was abysmal. It was a complete waste of money and left us feeling totally dissatisfied. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, the bed was a major letdown. It was uncomfortable and didn't get the job done, which made for a pretty rough night's sleep. Despite that, the rest of the hotel was pretty decent.
“Turrible experience”
I’m writing to report a highly disappointing stay at a property booked through your service. The hotel did not match the description and images on your site. The double bed measured about 120 cm × 200 cm, which is not what the listing promised. When I raised the issue with staff, they said no other rooms were available, yet I later saw an empty room nearby that matched the advertised size and quality. The room’s linens, pillows, and duvet were in poor condition, and I found empty liquor bottles in the cupboard and broken telephone equipment, raising serious hygiene and maintenance concerns. This experience fell far below acceptable standards and does not reflect the quality promised. I have attached photos for reference and request an investigation and appropriate compensation or refund. I await your prompt response. Sincerely, Manoj Xavier

The only good thing about this hotel is its location near shops and food courts. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The reception area reeked of cigarette smoke, and the corridors leading to our room had a terrible smell. The room itself was dirty, and the bed and pillows were subpar. To make matters worse, someone kept knocking on our door every hour or so, making us feel uneasy and uncomfortable. The staff was unhelpful, rude, and took ages to check us in.
