The hygiene was awful, and the breakfast only offered bread and coffee; the room itself was dirty, especially the bathroom.

The balcony offered outstanding views, the facilities were spacious and spotless, and the kitchen was amazing; the dining room and living room also had great views, making the stay pretty fabulous. However, the room felt a bit tight, just enough for a double bed and a small desk, and the closet was small for the price; it was tolerable in the off‑season, but during high season it would feel even more cramped, though the views and amenities more than compensated.

Immaculately clean and very convenient for Horseshoe bay ferry. Almost clinically clean and lacks a little atmosphere. Can’t judge the staff as we didn’t see anyone
