Everything was organized, clean, and the staff were friendly; the swimming pool was clean with good facilities; they helped me secure a baby cot and blanket; I liked the entrance architecture and the restaurant design; it’s near famous restaurants, spas, the metro, and the Emirate mall—10 minutes walking; the online service was amazing, staff contacted immediately and confirmed the reservation—thanks for the pleasant experience.

The location was good, but the custom service was poor.

The AC was not working in the room assigned to me, which made the stay terrible.

The hotel is located right next to a mosque, and the loud prayers early every morning can be very disturbing, especially if you want to get a good night’s sleep. The prayers last for quite a long time, making it difficult to rest properly. Unfortunately, this affected the overall comfort of our stay. If you are a light sleeper or prefer a quiet environment in the early morning, I would recommend considering this before booking
