The staff are friendly, but the toilet could be cleaner and the sink is leaking.

We all enjoy the accommodation so far, and this is our third stay each year. However, the bathroom door lacks a lock, offering no privacy—it's embarrassing to have a toilet bowl that opens without knowing someone is inside, which is a basic expectation. Also, the breakfast lacks sausage or potato fries, though I don't eat breakfast anyway.

I would have liked wine glasses in my room; instead I had to go to Boston Pizza and pay a deposit, which could have been avoided by including them on the bill if not returned.
