The accommodation is a 10‑minute walk from Gara Termini, which is great for arrivals and departures. The area is relatively quiet with many small shops and restaurants, like the rest of Rome, although the whole city is a bit noisy. The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. For 4 out of 5 nights we had no hot water, while Rome’s temperature was 24‑26 °C. The manager greeted us with some unclear shouts at 22:00, but it was fine later and didn’t bother us. We didn’t use the breakfast. The whole property smells strongly of Asian spices.
