The common areas were decent, with a spacious lounge and a basic kitchen that had a sink and a small fridge. However, a long‑term tenant’s hygiene was poor: used bath towels and linens were left damp on the upper‑level guest pole, and the bed seemed previously used; hair was found in the bedside storage box. I reported the issue to the front desk during the day shift, but they couldn’t fix it.

The staff and housekeeping were friendly, and although I could hear the room next door, the soundproofing was acceptable. The hotel supplied bottled water and had a water dispenser, which was convenient. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the disinfectant scent from other rooms drifted into mine—something I’m not sure how to address.
