We had just flown in from Milan, Italy and spent 2 days in Miami. We spent a good 3 months being excited about our trip to Key West, and, haven't ever been there, weren't sure if Fitch Lodge was in a good location or a good place compared to other accommodation options. This being said, after a long drive down, we were greeted extremely warmly by Lee, who was extremely sweet and gave us so many recommendations and the ''cool things" to do. She left us her number, and was overly available to help with whatever we might have needed during our stay. She even helped us seamlessly extend our stay by one night when we decided we wanted to stay another day. Overall, Lee was an amazing host and we miss her bubbly energy!. Lack of water in the rooms, necessity to always go to the lobby to get more water

Leoni at the desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, though the phone charger outlet in my room didn't work—who needs a phone when you're on vacation!

Mrs. Lee at reception treated us wonderfully, and while the pool was small, it was still acceptable.
