The service was poor, the place was dark, the furniture was broken, and the breakfast was terrible. The darkness, bad service, and broken furniture made for a disappointing stay.

En realidad nada. El aseo de las habitaciones, estuvimos por más de20 días y si no es porque solicitamos al personal el cambio de sábanas y ropa de cama, no lo hacen, no tienen un horario específico para el aseo de las habitaciones, asi que unos días te golpean a la puerta a las 8 de la mañana,otros días a las 5 de la tarde, el desayuno continental es terrible, si quieres hacer un upgrade del desayuno te cobran 10.000 COP y eso es solo por prepararte unos huevos

Breakfast was awful, with just a small glass of juice, chocolate, and bread. The check‑in time at 11 am was also a drawback.

The staff were friendly and the place stayed clean, plus the location was convenient. The TVs were old plasma sets that weren’t even turned on, the Wi‑Fi was terrible, and breakfast only offered bread, coffee, and butter; if you wanted eggs you had to pay an extra 10000. It wasn’t suitable for kids.
