The owner was very thoughtful, even when I had a sunburn peeling, they handed me a face mask on the door; it felt genuinely caring. The air‑conditioner was a bit noisy, but it didn't disturb my sleep.

The overall décor was warm and nostalgic, and the dog drawings on the fence and wall were adorable; the introduction and reception were very attentive. I stayed in a single room that was set up so comfortably it felt like home, and I’ll definitely return when I visit Chiayi again! No complaints at all.

It’s a good place with great support from the host, and the single room price is reasonable. The building lacks an elevator and looks pretty old, but that wasn’t a big issue for me.
