The room was clean, spacious, and the handicapped‑accessible amenities were excellent; parking and the location were also great. Nothing else to note.

Everything was great, and everything was great.

The location was great, rooms were very clean and updated, very quiet, and the breakfasts were great; I’ll definitely return. Nothing else to mention.

The hotel was close to the venue for my work event and had plenty of parking. I was frustrated with the room I received: I’d booked a King suite months ago through a third‑party app, but when I arrived they said no King suites were available and gave me a handicapped unit with two double beds. I asked if I’d be charged more for the suite I paid for, and they said no additional charge would be applied. If I return to the area, I probably won’t stay at this hotel again and will choose another nearby option. As a Hilton Honors member, I didn’t feel well supported in the room situation and will pick another Hilton product in the future.

Pets are welcome, but we were told our adjacent rooms weren’t available because the hotel didn’t know about them. They kept saying they don’t like third‑party booking companies because “they never tell us anything.”
