1 double bed
When we arrived, the air‑conditioner in our room was weak, so we complained to the owner, who promised a technician. We were skeptical at first, but later a new AC arrived and worked perfectly. After that, we asked to replace the shower head, and the owner arranged a new one that also worked great. The place is very cheap, the owners are friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend it.
The location was fine. There was no water during Easter because they were hosting a family reunion; the AC was old, beat, and the room was average. There were roosters and dogs, and the beds were sunken and worn out. I was glad to leave and found the compound a bit weird. I wouldn’t recommend it.
The lady was very kind, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all. The mattress collapses in the middle at night when you’re two. The Wi‑Fi was bad.
We liked the location because it was close to the Dive Point club where we took diving classes. The owner was nice, though other family members were not as friendly. The terrace was pleasant and there was enough space to hang wet swimsuits. The place was quiet and the price reasonable. The AC was very loud, and we ran out of water twice. In the middle of the night there were two power outages lasting about two hours, so the room got hot; we used a fan because the AC was too noisy to sleep with. We opened doors for airflow. The fluffy blanket on the bed was unsuitable for the heat.
The place felt very cozy and homey. We slept well and felt comfortable. The bed was huge, there was a fridge, a kettle and coffee set on the veranda. The host was very friendly and pleasant, and her care and smile added to our stay in Sikhi.
