“An Excellent Stay – The Best Apartment of My Europe Trip!”

I stayed at this apartment and it was fantastic—spotlessly clean, well kept, and thoughtfully set up. The space felt cozy, welcoming, and matched the description exactly, with every little detail handled so my trip was completely hassle‑free. During my European travels, this was by far the best place I stayed. It truly went beyond what I expected, and I felt very comfortable the whole time. The host was friendly and helpful, especially when they let me stash my luggage after checkout, which made leaving a lot easier. I strongly recommend this spot to anyone heading to Rome and would love to come back on my next visit. Thanks for making my stay so pleasant.

The stay was a complete disappointment. The room lacked proper height and I don’t think it’s suitable as a bedroom. The space was poorly ventilated, and everything was dirty and in unacceptable hygienic condition. I believe the accommodation does not meet the expectations set by the listing and booking platform. The conditions ruined my experience, and I don’t feel it was fair to pay for such a place. I am requesting a refund because the room was unsatisfactory and not fit for a dignified, comfortable stay. I expect my complaint to be taken seriously and for a concrete solution to be offered.

“Great!”

I spent one night there, and everything was very clean and had all the interior essentials. The host is a genuinely friendly person, 10/10, and I can only recommend it!

“Khá hài lòng”

Clean, quiet, fully equipped, but far from the center and the bus station.

The location is difficult; you have to climb a slope and many stairs, so it’s not recommended for someone with mobility issues or luggage. The lady takes a long time to reply to messages. If you can’t arrive on time, better choose another property. It’s a B&B without breakfast, which contradicts the name. The bathroom lacks cleanliness.
