The location was good, with various amenities nearby. Room cleanliness was average, and the air‑conditioning worked well. However, the rooms are not sound‑proof; we could clearly hear the noise from the adjacent room, making it hard to sleep. We had to use solid ear plugs because the tenant next door snored like a steam engine.

The location tops the list so far, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The mattress was stiff and hard, so I woke up with back pain, and the noise from the adjacent food courts, restaurants, electrical generators or exhaust fans was loud and exhausting.

The place is close to shops like zus, baker’s cottage and secret recipe – at least I could eat there. The room has no window, making me feel suffocated, and the neighbors next door walked loudly, as if deliberately stomping on the wooden floor, which was very disturbing. For that price, a room like that isn’t worth the money.
