Even though there were issues during the stay, the WhatsApp support was very attentive. The person in charge always replied quickly and tried to solve the problems. The lodge has no on‑site receptionist; all service is via WhatsApp. While the replies are fast and caring, there isn’t always someone present to fix things. In some cases, we had to wait until the next day for a technician or manager to come to the room. Throughout the stay we faced several problems with the TV, minibar, shower, and air‑conditioning, and the cleaning could have been better. This caused a lot of hassle and constant contact to try to resolve the situations. For those looking for a hassle‑free stay without maintenance worries, I don’t recommend it.

The place is amazing. Jabaquara beach is great, and the city center is close. Breakfast is wonderful. Cida and Vânia are fantastic, and their laughter will stay with me forever. Tiago and Tamires are great people, helpful; I asked them to cook a fish with vegetables on their stove, and they did it without hesitation. The room could be cleaner for guests (Vânia did a cleaning for us and the room looked great). The headrests of the hot tub were broken, and the Wi‑Fi is terrible. I thought the rain might be the cause, but it also doesn’t work on sunny days. The lodge has potential to be sensational, just needs a bit more care. Parking is shared, and guests park however they want, which makes entering and leaving difficult, even to park. The blinds don’t close properly, always leaving a slit, which removes privacy because guests pass in front of the room.
