The staff were attentive and went the extra mile to meet our requests. For example, the breakfast staff handled my special order carefully, and the usher on Level 23 was kind enough to escort me to The Library, ensuring I had a comfortable corner for work and even suggesting I could grab the welcome drink and snack on the other side of the check‑in counters. On the first day, after exiting the lift on Level 23, I didn’t know where to go because there was no sign pointing to the check‑in counters, so a staff member had to guide me. If the staff were busy with other guests, a simple sign would have helped.

The hotel’s overall vibe is still great, but they’ve pulled back on a few things. The breakfast quality has dropped noticeably from what I’ve experienced before, which is disappointing. The pool shuts down at 8 pm, which feels too early, and now the entire area is locked off, so you can’t even relax outside after dark.

The breakfast was fantastic, the facilities were solid, the staff were wonderful, and the room offered a lovely view of central Jakarta. However, we ended up with a room that had a thin wall, and we could hear loud music from the bar/club on the top floor right in the middle of the night—probably because our room sat directly underneath it.
