“I would never book with them again”
I’m writing this with a heavy heart to warn anyone before booking. The problem isn’t the property itself—it was mid‑season—but the hosts. They were extremely rude and unwelcoming; instead of a friendly greeting, they were harsh and aggressive because we arrived late. One host even entered without knocking and shouted at us and the kids, even though we’d agreed on a late arrival. We reported the situation to the booking platform, and they promised a full refund if the host relisted and found new guests, but that didn’t happen and we endured three days. The hosts tried to make amends by offering food, but by then we just wanted to leave. The property and its facilities were below the quality shown in the pictures.
