The positives were the close proximity to the city centre and the parking option, but the room was small with a tiny bathroom that still had linens from previous guests; the reception didn't explain that the main entrance allowed card scanning, so we only used the garden entrance and didn't know there was another one; at 21:30 and again at 14:45 we couldn't reach anyone by phone, and the nearby restaurant was not affected; fortunately staff were still talking behind the building and the card was reprogrammed at 18:30 on our round trip (otherwise we would have slept outside); also it seems they sell more parking spots than are available, but an employee behind the building helped us and told us to park in front of a gate.
