The spot in Ortisei is spot on, and the spa, pools, and fitness gear are top‑class. Breakfast was solid and the staff were stellar. Parking at the hotel works too. On the downside, the mattress in my room felt uncomfortable, the shower lighting was pretty dim, and the Wi‑Fi signal was weak.

We’re thrilled with this place and would love to come back again and again. Everything feels like a dream—beautiful, clean, and the service is exceptional. Everyone was super friendly and the food was spectacular. The real highlight is the breakfast and dinner, where the meals are truly amazing.
