The rooms lack sound insulation; you can hear what happens in neighboring rooms, and there are sheep under the beds. Cleaning is only around the beds. The area around the hotel is depressing, like much of the city, ruined and abandoned, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault. No staff interaction or contact at all.
