The location and the hotel’s facilities were perfect, with a spa area, indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness room, and sauna; breakfast was very varied, dinner offered an extensive buffet with nothing missing; the service, staff, and reception were always friendly, helpful, and competent; the value for money was top.

The staff were very friendly, the location was great for quick car access to various cable cars, and the outdoor area and entrance looked well kept; however, our room’s cleanliness was lacking—my wife found a hair on her side of the bed upon arrival, which is unacceptable for a 4‑star hotel; several repairs are urgently needed: hooks in the bathroom are pushed into the wall, the yellow wallpaper is partially scratched, the bathroom lighting is very dim, and the mirror is partially cloudy; overall the place feels very outdated and somewhat run down, and even the smart TV with ambient lighting couldn’t save it.

Everything was great, from breakfast to dinner, the friendliness of the staff, and the hotel’s location.
