The breakfast was well-stocked, yet our room was not ready upon arrival—there was a Mc Do trash bag on the sofa, the bed was unmade, and the sheets were wrinkled. After we switched rooms, the floor and bathroom were poorly cleaned: sticky floors and visible shoe prints; the sound insulation was terrible, so every step from the room above could be heard.
