They answered small requests promptly, the food was neither good nor bad, so I had no complaints; however, the facilities felt old‑fashioned, which is somewhat acceptable for a business hotel, but it doesn’t seem to compete with other chains.

The view of the water from my room was nice, the hotel restaurant was excellent, and the staff were helpful, though there was staining on the walls near the bed and the wallpaper in the room I stayed in needs to be redone.

The staff were friendly. I arrived early and couldn’t check in sooner, but a good lunch at the restaurant was a nice alternative. The shower was fine, and the room was cleaned daily.
The accommodation was very good—clean, tidy, and quiet. The receptionist was very nice and professional. I stayed here while on the Shikoku Henro pilgrimage and highly recommend it.
