The exterior area is well maintained, they offer morning yoga classes, and the location is very good. The room smelled strongly of dampness; we asked for a room cleaning one day, but there seemed to be a misunderstanding and the cleaning was not carried out.

Everything was great; compared to other prices in the area, The ISO was super affordable for how nice and comfortable it was. First‑line beach, pool, free parking, and grab‑and‑go breakfast! We’d like to note that they had to evacuate the hotel due to a very strong hurricane that hit Kauai, and they continually tried to provide everything they could so we had nothing to worry about in the shelter: they gave us blankets, toilet paper rolls, water bottles, food… They were like 10/10.

The location and the staff were great, but there was no Jacuzzi, the breakfast was hot, and the restaurant was closed.
