The staff here are absolutely fantastic, super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit of a letdown, though - it's a long way from 5-star quality. I'd say it's more like 2.5 or 3 at best. The pictures don't quite match the reality, and the breakfast is a bit weird. But the cleanliness of the pool area is a plus. Oh, and there were some mosquitoes in my room.

The hotel's value for money is pretty great, and the staff are super helpful. The facilities are top-notch too - the pool is huge and spotless, there's a gym, and you can even watch the sunset. The only thing that would've made breakfast better is if they had some Western options, but the Chinese spread was decent enough.

The hotel's massive pool was a hit with the kids, and we also made use of the football field and gym. As a first-time visitor to Laos, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's quality - it was a good choice, even if the breakfast didn't quite live up to our expectations. However, the sheer size of the hotel can be overwhelming, and the noise from the lobby and corridors can be a bit of a nuisance, especially if you're a light sleeper. Still, the hotel's many perks and amenities make it a great choice for families or groups of friends.
