“Key West anniversary visit”

The historic architecture and location are appealing, and the pool looks great after being cleaned post‑storm. Yet the service is lacking; we had to text for everything, the cleaning staff were rude and surly, and we had to climb 20‑30 stairs to reach the second floor while an employee carried our bags—an issue for people in their 70s. We booked the Inn long ago but felt no consideration was given. There is a fridge on the floor but no microwave, the price is high for what’s offered, and the balcony door is broken.

The rooms and staff were awesome, the pool area was great, and the location was perfect for all the activities.

The location was great, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were large and comfortable, yet the room could use a second comfortable chair and a small refrigerator would be nice.
