The B&B is very clean, and the location is excellent—about 300/400 m from the Vanvitelli metro stop and roughly the same distance from the funicular; the building has a beautiful sea‑view square; the area is quiet; the cleaning staff are meticulous, attentive, and accommodating (they’re the first to make my bed again); if I ever return to Naples, this will be my go‑to spot.

The location and welcome were solid, but the space was a bit limited.

The spot was convenient, the area was quiet, there were shops and cafés nearby, and the street was pedestrian-friendly. The room was very clean, and a light breakfast was a nice bonus. The soundproofing was weak.
