The spot was fantastic, but the room offered almost no privacy and there was no TV.

The place was lovely, scenic, and tranquil, and the host was very clean and responsive; the only downside was a big pothole on the lane that we spotted because we arrived in the light – it could have been missed at night but it’s easy to fix.

I appreciated how the property was off the road, offering a lovely and quiet setting with plenty of walks around the area.

We had a peaceful stay here and would love to come back in the summer for a longer visit. The only downside was the lack of lighting in the car park area, which made it a bit eerie at night. We also felt a bit exposed with no window coverings, but it was so quiet that it didn't end up being a problem.
