The housekeeper was very kind, but the photos of our room were completely different from what we saw— we had booked M5 and were given M4. The closet drawers wouldn’t open because they were placed at the entrance door, which was tragic; we had no space for our stuff and had to leave it in the suitcase. For 4 of the 6 nights we had no hot water, and if there had been it would have had no pressure, so we only managed a bath in the morning. The room had three power strips with different plugs—one needed for the fridge, another for the TV, and the third next to the bathroom—so we couldn’t charge our devices and had to buy a multi‑plug. We also had no Wi‑Fi or 5G, which was awful.
