The room was decent, matching the photos, clean, and the beds weren’t bad. However, the soundproofing was zero; it felt like the neighbors were chatting right in our room, and every detail from the toilet was audible.

The location was excellent—stores, pharmacies, and restaurants all nearby. The room was spacious and cozy, cleaned daily. The restaurant food was quite tasty, and the breakfasts were good too. The staff were friendly and attentive. For those planning to walk or travel around the city, the minibus service is plentiful and runs often. On the downside, the sound insulation was really poor. During the first night a group of men stayed in the adjacent room and were very loud, making it impossible to sleep. Conversations at the reception were also audible, though not critical. Another unpleasant surprise was the SPA “Terme” – no notice indicated they operate only Thursday to Sunday, and we arrived on a Sunday, so we could only go once. I understand that this SPA isn’t part of the hotel, but if you’re specifically planning to buy a treatment or soak (as we did), keep that in mind.
