“Virou alojamento de empresa.”

Nothing worth mentioning. The place is full of “pião de obra,” several company employees using the chalets as lodging. They talked loudly, shouting from one chalet to another. On Sunday morning around 09:00h, one of them was fixing a car in the parking lot, banging tools and yelling for help from nearby guys. You come to rest and relax, yet you’re woken up by men shouting in front of your balcony, calling someone named Buduga who isn’t in the adjacent chalet (I think), but the guy keeps calling for about 10 minutes until realizing Buduga isn’t there. Another issue is that with all those men walking around, it’s uncomfortable to wear a bikini or even shorts by the pool; my wife and I felt uneasy while they stared openly.

“Não é um lugar familiar”

The room is quite large and the pools are big. The environment feels more like a workers’ lodging, noisy and embarrassing for families. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom with golden splashes on every wall and unidentified stains; towels and bedding were stained and dirty, and the mattress was low quality. We were located under the pool where guests—likely construction workers—hosted a party at night with loudspeakers right above our room. The pool area had no chairs, only four chairs while there are three pools. Our room offered no privacy. The space is pretty but completely abandoned.

The only good thing is the location, and the two staff members I interacted with were attentive. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures posted. The quality is very poor, pillows and bed are terrible. The worst part is the cleaning: the bathroom is full of those bathroom flies stuck there because there’s no window to escape. The corners of the bathroom were clearly dirty, and the breakfast restaurant’s table and chair towels were also dirty.

“Hotel completamente abandonado”

The breakfast staff made a pitcher of fresh juice just for us, which was lovely. The place looked totally abandoned; we only stayed to sleep because we were at a wedding, but if anyone expects a hotel‑style experience, disappointment will be even greater. We thought it would be a family‑friendly spot, yet we saw many single men, which made us feel uneasy. The bathroom was very dirty, the linens were terribly yellow, and everything had a filthy, abandoned vibe. Other guests stayed at a hotel inside a gas station that seemed better!

“Decepção no feriado 7 de setembro”

The music in the bath was great, the band style was wonderful, dinner was good value for money. The accommodations were dirty, the wall and bathroom had sludge, the fan had dust, the sheets were torn, the sockets were broken and clogged with sludge.
