“Ingreso incómodo y poco memorable”
The hotel restaurant is really good and the service is excellent, but it was raining and we were given a room on the second floor without an elevator, the corridors had no ceiling, so getting in, opening the door, and entering was a hassle; there was no doormat, and overall it’s not practical or comfortable for Mexico’s weather. When we entered they asked to show the card we used to pay (the hotel was pre‑paid), which felt odd and they said it was because many cards had been stolen! And, not least, the place is quite noisy.
