The stay was peaceful, the staff friendly, and the riverside setting calm and beautiful, yet the facilities were not well maintained—pool, landscaping, etc.

I had no positive points to mention, and the breakfast and staff were disappointing.

The location was close to the airport, but when I arrived the room clearly showed signs of previous use, the manager was seen taking out a used towel, and ants were present in the bathroom; the pool was supposedly under maintenance and unusable, and although the booking listed breakfast, it wasn’t provided; additionally, the electricity kept cutting out and we couldn’t connect to the Wi‑Fi.
