The place is well‑situated, right next to the cathedral, so you can walk to all the main spots without any trouble. It’s a beautiful spot with a magnificent courtyard, and the room was small but suitable since we stayed only one night; the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, served at the table by a kind lady. Because the streets are narrow, driving around is tricky, so we used the Santa Tomé parking a few minutes’ walk from the hotel and walked from there. We had a small communication issue: after a message during booking, we thought we had a reserved parking spot and a transport service to take us to Puy du Fou, but that confusion didn’t ruin our stay, it just added a bit of stress to reorganise at the last minute. As mentioned earlier, we chose the Santa Tomé parking, which was really good, and we found a taxi to shuttle us to and from Puy du Fou. We really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely return without hesitation. Nothing about the property disappointed us. The problem was mainly with communication, which we found difficult because it happened across several channels (Booking message, WhatsApp, and the Redforts booking app) and we received duplicates. It wasn’t always clear where to look to trace the messages and information. Maybe it’s just a one‑off issue 🤷🏻♀️

Nice room with private outdoor space. The property was hard to find because Google Maps had it wrong; the hotel should send guests directions on how to get there.
