It's in a great location, close to all the main attractions and public transport.
The staff at the reception really made my stay special - they were super friendly and helpful.
The pool and gym were top-notch, and the attached mall was a real bonus.
The room cleaner, Alauddin, was a standout – he was always smiling and made sure my room was spotless.

“Location is awesome”
I love the location and the price, but the carpark fee is a bit steep.
“還好”
The room was fine, but the breakfast left me disappointed.
“Other bettet accommodations with same price can be located”
The spot is convenient, but the room they gave us was old and stank so badly I couldn't breathe; we got there at 5‑6 am with exhausted kids, had to argue with the receptionist and make several calls to switch rooms, and the room descriptions on booking and the bed layout were wrong; finally they moved us to a refurbished room on a higher floor.
“Very pleasant indeed. Thanks to all staff.”
Atmosphere, friendly staff, easy access. Suggest placing the sleeper sofa in the room.
“Excellent”
Everything was good, and everything was also bad.
