The staff were attentive, the outdoor area had a pool and a view of Guanabara Bay, and it was close to the banquet hall. However, there was a lot of noise because a renovation is happening in the hotel, the staff speak loudly, and they slam doors in the corridors.

The room matched the photos, the bedding was well kept, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the view was wonderful, and the staff were very friendly. Even though the reservation was for two people, I had to ask for soap because there was only a small tablet, there were no face towels, I had to request one and only received one – it’s normal not to have the same number in the bathroom, it wasn’t the housekeeper’s mistake. The menu items were missing; we were hungry around 19:00 and nothing was advertised, so I had to order through iFood. The next morning, I called Uber and went with my husband to a bakery for coffee.
