The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond— they even let us borrow bear spray so we didn't have to buy it. Breakfast was consistently fresh and tasty every day. The only downside was that the nightly rate feels too high; Jackson has become expensive and we rarely visit.

I checked in at about 6:00 PM on September 28th, and the front desk staff was very unfriendly, giving only a quick rundown of the hotel before handing over the key cards. When I later asked for help with a dryer issue, the staff member’s attitude was terrible. This is the worst hotel employee I have ever met in the United States, and someone like that can completely ruin a hotel’s reputation. Additionally, the hotel has no elevator, forcing guests to carry heavy luggage up to the second or third floor. Even for elderly guests, there is zero assistance, which is extremely disappointing.

The location was good. The building was very old and dated, the price was ridiculous but that’s normal for this area!
