The host… the location… the room was spacious enough for a solo traveler or two people, yet there was a little noise and it was a bit pricey compared to other places.

The room was twice the size of the previous one in the Baixa district, Wi‑Fi was stable, room 2 was very quiet with no street, bar, or airplane noise, the view was nice because the next building was far away, blinds blocked light well, the host gave me a kettle and a mug, the neighborhood had shops, bistros, parks, trees on a wide, beautiful sidewalk, and the metro was about 10 minutes on foot down Pascal de Melo. It isn’t a hotel but a 5‑room apartment, so there’s no in‑room water, no fridge, a somewhat narrow single bed, no breakfast included. A great bakery is right next door, overlooking a large roundabout with a Neptune fountain in the middle.

A quiet apartment near the city center, the host had a great welcome, markets and cafés were nearby, overall a good stay. Everything was as described.
