The hotel looked different from the app and was unclean, so I wasn’t impressed.
I have nothing to say except that I was extremely unhappy. Management was terrible, staff were uneducated, the linen was dirty, the geyser malfunctioned, and the AC leaked—making the whole stay a nightmare.
