It was cold in the hotel, the radiators were not working, and we had breakfast in shivering coats in the morning.

The area is quiet and surrounded by trees 🥰. The staff and the owner lady are very kind 😊, and it’s nice to see them do everything for guests’ comfort 🥰. Two young people aren’t as lively as the lady, who is 70/80 years old 🤩, but I respect them all 🥰. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of variety 😊. I would definitely come back if we visit again.

Parking is spacious. The place is quiet. There’s an outdoor terrace, which is why I gave it 3/10. For everything else: the room had one broken lamp, the toilet lid was broken, the paper dispenser was broken, shower/shampoo soap was empty, only hand soap was available. The shower was dirty with mold. The fridge smelled bad, and there wasn’t even a single glass or water bottle. The exterior shutter couldn’t be closed and there were no curtains. The alarm went off at dawn. The garden and driveway were dirty and poorly maintained. Breakfast: the bread was not fresh at all. Very basic, low‑quality products. Eggs and sausages were offered to some guests, depending on their preferences. Otherwise… nothing. Nada. The staff gave a correct welcome, but then were very unpleasant, no greetings, complaints, apparently we were bothering them. Dogs were allowed, but they were very unhappy to be greeted with a large, gentle, clean dog. I requested a room change, and there were complaints because to leave you have to pass through the dining room, which annoyed them!!!, so it was forbidden between 08 and 10:30! … So why accept dogs? Oh yes… I know … I was charged an extra 30 euros for 2 nights for the dog, while the night and breakfast were 65 euros base! A real scam. And 5% fee for payment with Visa! In short, avoid this place if you have a big, gentle, calm dog, because they apparently catalogued and demonized us from the start. We travel a lot, and we’ve never been so badly received. A ruined stay, for over 80 euros/night it’s shameful.

The service was very friendly, and the location is right next to the thermal baths in the park with a lot of trees.
